  4. For Aloo Stuffing- Put oil into pan and add onions saute till the onions get tender..
  5. Allow it to cool down, now take peeled/ boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl and mash them, add chopped onions, Schezwan sauce, salt, lemon juice, Chopped coriander, chilli flakes (optional).
  6. For Vegetable stuffing- Take a heated pan, add 2 tbsp oil add onions, saute for 1 min till it become tender, add carrots and saute it..
  7. Now add chopped bell peppers,carrots, boiled corns and salt, pepper and saute in a high flame and transfer it to cool down for few minutes..
  8. Now add grated mozerella cheese in the vegetables and mix them well..
  9. For the quasadillas-Take the tortilla(roti) and spread Mexican sauce over it..
  10. Add a small portion of cheese over the sauce..
  11. In one half of the tortilla, put all the veggies..
  12. Add chilli flakes over the top. Now put the remaining amount of cheese..
  13. Fold the other half tortilla over this. Brush oil & cook on a tawa..
  14. Cut into 3 pieces and enjoy with the salsa dip, or cheese dip ❤️.
