- You need of Drizzle of olive oil.
- You need 1 of x clove of garlic.
- It’s of Salt + pepper.

- Heat oil in a flat frying pan and lightly fry up some crushed garlic.
- Light dusting of salt and (coarse) pepper on each side and squeeze on some lemon.
- Fry up… 8 mins each side on a medium heat… turn up a little if you like it a little crisp..
