  2. Prepare 1 bunch of Spinach.
  3. You need 1 can of Stewed tomatoes.

  5. You need 1 cup of Blue cheese(Danish creamy).
  6. You need 1 tsp of Ground black pepper.

  1. Cooked noodles until al Dente.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Melt butter in saucepan and add flour whisking constantly.
  4. Add garlic ,milk ,salt and pepper while whisking.
  5. When sauce thickens add bacon, spinach, stewed tomatoes while still stirring if sauce gets too thick add more milk until desired consistency.
  6. Add cheeses and turn down to simmer.
  7. Toss pasta in sauce and garnish with more Parmesan and parsley ,.
