Protein pancakes are healthy, filling, and don't usually call for tons of ingredients, so they're always on our short list of essential breakfast recipes. Tastier, better, and not a crime against breakfast. Whether you're trying to keep your weight in check or your morning routine is packed pretty tightly, pancakes probably don't make it onto your breakfast menu very often.
This basic recipe uses cinnamon, flax meal, and protein powder to whip up a classic short stack of pancakes.
There's something so comforting about pancakes, but they're usually reserved for sunday mornings… and that's it. Pour in some batter and cook pancakes until bubbles form all around the top of the pancake, then flip and cook for a few more minutes, or until cooked through.
